S1. Pectoral Stretch
This exercise stretches the pectoral muscles reducing the curvature of the shoulders.
Do this exercise if you work at a desk and find yourself hunched forward for long periods of time.
S2. Lat Stretch - To release the shoulders and lower back
Do this exercise as part of your routine for tight shoulders.
S3. Chest and Shoulder Opening
This exercise helps to open the muscles of the chest and the shoulder girdle. You will need a strap or scarf for this stretch.
Do this exercise during the day if you sit at a desk for long periods of time.
S4. Arm Stretch Sequence
This exercise helps to open the muscles around the shoulder girdle.
Do this exercise if you have frozen shoulder or if you suffer from pain in your shoulders or neck.
S5. Chest opening Exercise
This is a relaxation exercise that helps to open and relax the chest.
Do this exercise at the end of the day to help you to unwind.
S6. Back and Shoulder Stretch
This exercise stretches the rotator cuff muscles, the lats and the lower back.
Do this as part of your back and shoulder routine.
Relieving the muscles of the neck will also help to free up the shoulders.
