N1. Neck Stretch

This exercise stretches the Trapezius and Sternocleidomastoid, these are the muscles that support and mobilise the head.

Do this exercise if you have a tight neck or shoulders, trouble turning your head or if you suffer from headaches.


N2. Neck Stretch Routine

This exercise stretches the Strenocleidomastoid, Trapezius and Scalenes.

Do this exercise if you have restricted movement in your neck, if you suffer from headaches or if you have neck pain.


N3. Neck Circles

This exercise helps to release all the muscles which support the head. Do this exercise slowly and try to feel the muscle fibres opening.

Do this first thing in the morning or at your desk if you have been sitting for a long time.
