Welcome to the Breathe and Flow Beginner's meditation Course!

This course is designed for complete beginners. Each day you will receive a new video which will take you from beginner to having a solid 20 minute practice that you can feel confident with.

I recommend watching the videos first thing in the morning before you have eaten, but if you can't do this you can find a time that suits you. If you are struggling with any of the techniques: check out the extra videos that break them down even further. Also, it is best to wear earphones so that you can get the most out of your experience.
