Welcome to the first day!
During this session we will learn how to deepen the breath and expand the lungs. We will also explore the use of Alternate Nostril Breathing.
Alternate Nostril Breathing - Lowers the heart rate, improves cardiovascular function, enhances lung function, reduces stress, relaxes the mind, boosts well-being.

Alternate Nostril Breathing
Alternate Nostril Breathing stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system bringing the body into rest and relaxation. When this happens the heart rate slows down which allows the body's natural processes, such as healing and digestion to take place more effectively.
