L1. Hamstring Stretch

Do this stretch if you have tight hamstrings or if you are suffering from lower back pain.


L2. Calf Stretch

This exercise stretches the calf muscles and stimulates and stretches the arch of the foot.


L3. Morning Stretch

This stretch stimulates the muscles of the lower spine, pelvis and legs. It lengthens the muscles from the back of the head down to the soles of the feet, stimulating the sciatic nerve and strengthening the nervous system.

Do this exercise first thing in the morning to help to relieve tightness and to stimulate energy flow within the body.


L4. Hip Flexor Stretch

This exercise stretches the hip flexors and quadriceps. Holding this for 1 minute will help to reduce pain in the knee by lengthening these muscles.
