Day 2

Welcome to day 2!

Today we will practice an energising breath. This breath is done in four equal strokes. On the inhale you take four small breaths; with each little breath you are filling the lungs a quarter, so that by the fourth breath the lungs are full; then you exhale in four small breaths releasing a quarter with each exhale, so that by the fourth exhale the lungs are empty.

Four Stroke Breath - Improves the cardiovascular system, expands the lungs, oxygenates and energises the body, clears and energises the mind, boosts mental function, improves mood and sense or well-being.


Eye Focus

When meditating focusing the eyes on a single point helps to focus and still the mind. The video below will help you find a comfortable eye focus.
