Welcome to the 7 Days of Better Sleep Meditation Course!

This course is for anyone who has ever struggled relaxing to sleep. Disruptions to sleep can happen for many reasons, some physical and many psychological. During this course we use different breathing and mind focused techniques to help you to manage the daily stresses that have an impact on your sleep.

I recommend doing the meditations 30 minutes before you plan to go to sleep, they are also designed for you to do during the night: if you wake up and have trouble falling back to sleep.

This course is ok to do when pregnant, however, if you are in the your third trimester please avoid day two and four.
