Welcome to Breathe and Flow Beginner’s Plus! This course if for people who have completed the Breathe and Flow Beginner’s Meditation Course and want to expand their practice.
During these 7 days we will
~Develop our Breath of Fire practice
~Learn a new technique to energise the body
~Expand our breath holds for The One Minute Breath
~Explore a mindfulness meditation
~Explore a restorative meditation
~Revisit Alternate Nostril Breathing
The last four sessions are designed for you to do during and after the course finishes. Each one is a complete meditation with a specific objective in mind. I will be guiding you through, but there will be less instruction from me to help you to go deeper into the meditation.
