Day 1

Welcome to day 1!

Today we will introduce a new powerful breath. To do this breath you make a circle with the mouth and inhale powerfully filling the chest, then close the mouth and exhale through the nose. This is a strong breath so we will start with 30 seconds. If you feel dizzy make sure you give yourself enough time to sit and relax your breath afterwards.

This breath oxygenates the body, increases lung capacity, improves mood, energises the body, improves cardiovascular function, increases sense of well-being.
