Day 4

Welcome to Day 4!

During this session we will do square breathing. To do this we inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds and hold the breath out for 4 seconds. If you find the breath holds too much, you can ignore my count and do your own.

If you are pregnant and you find the breath holds uncomfortable do them for a shorter count of 3 or skip this video all together.

Square Breathing helps to calm the mind, reduces anxiety, improves sleep, reduces stress and improves sense of well-being.
