Day 3

Welcome to day 3!

Today we will continue to develop our practice from the last two days. We will also work on extending our One Minute Breath. Remember if the count is too long for you you can always use your own count.

The One Minute Breath

This breath is one of my favourite techniques to use to focus the mind. Other benefits include increased stamina, reduced anxiety, decreased heart rate, improved quality of sleep and enhanced lung function.
