Day 1

Welcome to the first day!

This first meditation focuses on relaxing every muscle in the body. We start at the top of the head and slowly work down the body releasing places of hidden tension.

I recommend lying down for this one, so that you can deeply relax.

This meditation relaxes your body, calms your mind, improves bodily awareness, releases tension and helps you to fall asleep.
